2. Current Status of the Shop
The online shop at bamix.com is currently inactive and serves primarily as an information platform.
A reactivation of the shop is planned. This Shipping Policy will apply as soon as ordering is available again.
3. Shipping Area & Partner Network
We only ship to selected countries within the European Union that do not have an official local bamix® distributor.
To protect our authorized partner and service network, we do not ship to countries that already have a local bamix® partner.
If your country is excluded, checkout will not be available.

4. Shipping Origin & Customs
All orders are shipped from Switzerland.
We ship using the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) procedure.
This means:

EU VAT is charged and paid at checkout

In most cases, no additional import taxes or customs duties are due upon delivery
However, in rare cases, local carriers or authorities may charge handling or administrative fees. These are outside of our control and must be borne by the customer.

Any special promotions (e.g. free shipping campaigns) will be communicated separately in the shop and apply only for the specified period.
