bamix® Processor – Compact power for perfect results
The bamix® Processor is a true multi-talent. As a practical accessory for your bamix® hand blender, it grinds, chops and mixes both dry and moist foods quickly and effortlessly – always with perfect results and the trusted Swiss quality of bamix®.
With the Processor, you can easily prepare freshly ground ingredients in seconds. It handles everything from dried vegetables, hard cheese, dry bread and fish to nuts, seeds, grains, chocolate and sugar. Even spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg or chilli can be freshly ground for more intense flavor.
The Processor is also ideal for moist ingredients. It effortlessly purées baby food and creates small portions of pesto, dips or spreads. It chops garlic, herbs, boiled eggs, coconut, horseradish or even small amounts of meat with ease.
For even finer results, the Powder Disc (available separately) allows you to create ultra-fine spice blends or powders from dried ingredients such as herbs, mushrooms or sugar.
