2. Current Status of the Shop
The online shop at bamix.com is currently inactive and serves primarily as an information platform.
A reactivation of the shop is planned. This policy will apply as soon as ordering functionality is available again.
3. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party named by you (other than the carrier) has received the goods.
4. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email):
You may use any form of written declaration. Sending your notice before the deadline is sufficient.
5. Consequences of Withdrawal / Refund
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you:

We may withhold the refund until:

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
No fees will be charged for the refund.
If you chose a delivery method more expensive than the standard delivery offered by us, the additional costs will not be refunded.
6. Return of Goods
You must send back or hand over the goods:

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

7. Condition of Returned Goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
8. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized

Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they were unsealed after delivery

Digital content once the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior consent

Services which have been fully performed

Returns, warranty claims and repairs are handled exclusively for products purchased directly via bamix.com.
