2. Purpose of the website – no sales

bamix.com is an information and reference website about bamix® products, their technical data, accessories and the company. No contracts of sale are concluded on this website and no orders can be placed. bamix® products are sold by authorised distributors, retailers and our country shops. Their own terms and conditions apply to any purchase.

3. Prices

Prices shown are non-binding recommended retail prices (RRP) in euro, including VAT. Actual prices are set by the respective retailer and may differ by country and retailer.

4. Product information

We take great care to keep product information, technical data and images accurate. Colours, designs and technical details may change. The instruction manual supplied with the product is authoritative.

5. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights exist towards the seller from whom you purchased the product. In addition, ESGE AG grants a lifetime warranty on the motor of corded bamix® devices according to the bamix® warranty conditions; cordless models are excluded. This manufacturer’s warranty does not limit your statutory rights. Please contact the bamix® partner in your country for warranty claims, repairs and spare parts.

6. Use of content

All content on this website is protected by copyright. Use beyond private, non-commercial purposes requires our prior written consent.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, liability for the content of this website is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory product liability remains unaffected.

8. Applicable law

Swiss law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence.
