Accessibility statement

ESGE AG wants bamix.com to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technologies. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, which are also the reference standard of the European Accessibility Act (EN 301 549).

What we have done

Every product and content image has a descriptive text alternative; purely decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
Pages use a clear heading structure, a “skip to content” link and descriptive link texts.
The website can be fully operated with the keyboard, and the keyboard focus is clearly visible.
Text can be enlarged up to 200 % and pages can be zoomed on mobile devices.
Animations are reduced automatically if “reduce motion” is enabled on your device.
The language of each page is declared so that screen readers use the correct pronunciation, including right-to-left support for Arabic.
Technical data, warranty and manufacturer information are available as text, not only as images.

Known limitations

The short videos on the home page and production page are silent, decorative loops without spoken content. They contain no information that is not also available as text.
Some instruction manuals are provided as PDF files that may not be fully accessible. On request we will send you the information in an accessible format.
Translations into French and Spanish are being completed; some pages may temporarily be shown in English.
